Well, i cant really see from that picture, but the smell
doesnt sound good, I would say you have a bacterial contam,
not a virus, but I'm not 100%

You say the mycelium has now colonised the whole surface?

I don't think I would called it Mycelium because it is very different than others. It very cottony pure thick white and swell up to case walls and almost 100% cover case surface? I bet you're probably right it might be bacterial because of those smelling and fast growth I ever seen. It growth Four time faster than Mycelium.

Well, the white is certainly mycelium, and
could ifact be what your after, cottony growth
is oftern seen in cubensis, but it could be
a weed mycelium. Bacterias show up as wet
patches, that smell funky. They look nothing like mycelium.

Ok, Time is up since I've seen green spotting start to running. It turn out it was Sepeonium Cotaminants which is a fool proof Mycelium. I flip pail over to large trash bin and it is still attachment. Hey, I could have made a "Welcome mat" haha.. Anyway, I took scraper and scrap it to see what it look like inside and what does it feel such as hard, soft or firm. It felt like solid white rubber almost like tennis shoes. Did I say it almost bounce back out trash bin?? lol. Anyway I got screw, Time to start out the fresh one.
