Pseudocraterellus subundulatus? I like better Pseudocraterellus sinuosus sensu auct amer.

I think they look a long ways from Polyozellus multuplex. I'd say Pseudocraterellus species are at least as rare

Funny thing about that... They were in my usual black trumpet habitat... Not a pine tree in sight. Beech/Oak dominated forest, sandy steep riverbanks, lots of moss. :awesome: This could shed light on your buddy's "blue trumpet" finds... Looks like we've got another trumpet variety here to ponder. What do we call 'em? Grey trumpets?
