cooling temp for fc....Mad Overlay

So, its super hot here and even with constant a/c..fruit space, which is by the door + constant hot air + mycel heat is over 80 easy! (only conditions I have at the moment). I cased the 1st and went straight into fc (light/ fae ) but not much temp drop. cased ad went straight into FC(overlay approx 15%). I already suspected overlay to be a problem from watching the grain colonizing so fast. I plan to patch .( NO Scratching??) and go straight into FC. I need help with a way to cool my fruit space. I was thinking medical gel cold packs.(one on each side of tub & rotate every day. Quite pricey and I'm poor. I grow PE so they take longer anyway & must be cased. what strain is most tolerant of higher temps. ( quick colonizer/fruitier, no casing needed now.. BIG +, but high yield without compromising potency)? any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Had bad luck with getting con tams using GT's. Came from either vendor or from 1st knock up, which is highly unlikely. Did some B+ when I first started out but nothing to really speak of came about. I guess I became So spoiled to PE's:) Once you get those bad girls dialed in, there is no going back!!!

Reason: Off topic in advanced mycology.
That isn't overlay. It looks like pre-sporulating trichoderma. I suspect it will be green soon. RR

Misting helps keep them cool.
Like RR said, that looks like Trich mycelium. You may have noticed a sort of coconut odor.

i dont think its trich from prior experience with this , unless i cant cool it at least 10 degrees more. trich is inevitable then, i know.eventhough overlay is uncommon , but this is not my 1st overlay due to over heating and before i knew about too high heat,it did turn trich the 1 st occurrence.(Only). this is from spore to lc. im super anal and never had any lc contam. theses are pe's so the slow growth makes it a problem due to the 100 degree temps i have to contend with. fyi... trich in a large mono (98 qt sized) can be contained with hot wax. totally cover the trich and surrounding area.i've even had them fruit thru the cooled wax. just had to wipe the wax off some of the caps. the flush was heavy and the trich never spread, even at 2nd flush the sub remained groovy. if i elevate the tubs 3-4 " off carpet and put ice bricks under them in a large pan with cold h20, think that will help? other option was a styro cooler with a hole in 1 side, ice or dry ice inside and a small fan in bedded in end opposite of hole. i am poor so high dollar medical gel pack are not an option, or anything else high cost. thanks

Frozen water bottles work quite well if you need to drop the temperature.
I really hate summer
