So should I dunk my coir/verm bricks after the first flush is complete?

I used to search feature and came up with a couple of threads, but only one really had the answer for which I was searching. However, even though the person is a trusted cultivator, I wanted a second opinion just in case. Or perhaps a third, fourth, fifth, whatever. So my two bricks of coir/verm have just completed their first flush. They are not cased; they're just sitting in my SGFC. What's my next step in getting a second flush out of them? I read that I shouldn't dunk them for more than an hour or two. I also read I shouldn't dunk them at all, rather I should mist and fan them very heavily for a few days. What do you guys think? How should I approach this? I really don't wanna fuck it up as this is my first bulk grow and I would love for it to continue. I'm having a great time, and picking the mushrooms is not only fun, but is also an accomplished feeling. Thank you very much and have a wonderful day!

you can't fuck it up lol, you can go either way it's really up to you but a good misting has been proven to get you where ya wanna be but a dunk is sorta just somethign to put your mind to ease lol, bulk subs are great at holding moisture and more then enough for a couple of flushes

I would consider dunking it for two hours or so, well floating it really is what I did..if it is not in a tray still, like you birthed it as a bulk cake
If it's still in the tray I would just mist it real well cause it will have lost less water staying in a tray
