Ok well i read a post were someone said coco coir was the bedding for reptiles. So i found this ...




On the label is says this:
" Bed-A-Beast bedding makes as excellent soil additive for gardening and can be used as a replacement for Sphagnum Peat Moss."

yep, a friend of mine got some eco-earth...it was pretty stringy compared to what the description said...but damn...did it do a good job, 712 wet grams on the first flush, 64 dry grams

damn! that stuff is coir?!? I was going to forget about trying to get some because they didn't have it in the gardening section of the hardware store, but thats the stuff I use for my tarantulas. I get it at the pet store, comes in a brick and you soak it and it expands. how funny  :smile: So I can case with just a mix of that and vermiculite right?
