What is this? High humidity? Contam? Pictures.

Look at the smaller of the two larger mushrooms on this casing (if it looks weird it's because my friend flipped it over). There are a bunch of tiny tiny red dots covering the bottom of it, and only on one other mushroom on this casing. Does anyone know why this is? It reminds my friend of how some mushrooms get that brown/reddish streak up their stems when the humidity is to high. Any ideas? Possibly some sort of contam?

all i see is a casing that is too dry (hence the fruit only at the sides) and has a suspect green spot on it.

the smaller of the two big fruit looks like a normal mushroom. don't worry about that - but look close at the green dot, consider cutting it out  (ignore me if it's bruising from an earlier picked flush) and mist more.

well I suspect the reason the casing is pinning on the sides is because as the casing shrunk, only the edges of the bottom (which is now the top since he flipped the casing) got light, and thus pinned

Last time my friend misted the opposite side of the casing it killed the mycelium and made it look very ill looking. He's not to worried about the green spots, there have been blue/green spots on this casing for weeks my friend tells me, the contams dont seem to be winning, it keeps fruiting. He might take action though. But his problem is his misting. If he's having this problem with misting should he just pour water in the container and dunk and refruit? It seems like it'd be a better idea since he has trouble with misting.

dunking casings also works well between flushes but my fish has found that this tends to lead early casings contamination, but also leads to more robust flushes, so my fish has settled for the short run gain over the long run. on another note....if you dunk you will also spread the contams, this would be, in my opinion, a losing proposition in this case.

the mushroom is fine.
i suggest you throw a nice moist casing layer (very small only to initiate some pinning)
that'll help bring in a bigger flush.
