Do my PE6 fruits look normal? [pics]

I made two monos but only the one above survived. Suspected bacterial contamination in the rye. Spawned to coir+verm+gypsum+oyster shells.
Since I've never grown PE before, I'm not sure whether my fruits are normal looking or whether they seem malnurished? The caps are open, but fruits are tiny and thin stems. Are they going to get bigger and thicker? Or is it just a sign of something wrong? Thanks

Hmm... I agree they don't look like PE, but some of the bases of the stems are really thick, unlike normal cubes. Also, the spore print I received was definitely NOT a normal cube. It had only a thin ring of spores, and a huge hole in the middle.

Yeah, where did you get those from, who told you they were of the PE variety?

Fellow Shroomery member, who generously offered a free print.I also suspect that the bacterial contamination was from the print...
Even for normal cubes, they look quite small right?
Shall I keep you updated?
By the way, this is my very first *something growing* in a monotub. 3rd attempt.

Yeah they do look interesting. Here's my grow log on my current B+ MS monotub grow> http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20120097/fpart/2#20120097
Keep us updated. I've found it helps to put down a straight vermiculite casing layer.

Look like pe6 to me. They just look really small. Did you get your sub too wet?

Thanks y'all.
To be honest, I never contested whether they are PE6 or not, I was just worried about the size of the fruits. Obviously I got TONS more to learn, before gettting nice fat shrooms like yours AERO.
Stormrider, yeah, could have well been too wet. I did follow Frank's tek to the T, in terms of field capacity and ratios. I guess I just have to be a bit on the dry side next time I do the sub, and rely more on my instinct at the squeeze test. Any other ways I can remediate the problem now? Should I expect the fruits to grow more, or just be happy with miniature ones
Mushaboom: Thanks for the tip. It's true, the only time I did bulk before was with cakes and I got a really nice canopy, I did use a casing layer. I'm not sure why I didnt do it this time. It's a lesson.
Aero Thanks again for the spores. But right from the start I was a bit weary since I saw the print unfolded, put straight in the plastic baggie. And I did the same exact tek, without getting the bacterial contamination at all.

Mushaboom: This is when casing was used. This is one of my fav grows. I hope it will balance out the sad looking mushrooms at the beginning of this thread

I know that not having some constantly moving air in the room probably caused that, together with a substrate a bit on the wet side. Any other opinions? I do want to do it better next time.
Also, if I collect a spore print fromt the biggest cap there, does it mean next time the fruits will tend to be small as well?
Where could I read more about mushrooms genetics in general?
Thanks!

Aero, sir... don't get me wrong. It wasnt me who doubted the variety. I was just doubting the the level of cleanness of the print. But now I have one rye jar in a tray and it's growing alright. No contams before the first flush.
Now, I got my own prints, and thanks to you I got 60g of dried goodness. Your help came right in time. Thanks a lot

cronicr, but what does it mean when I have the same amount of side pinning in a rye to coir/verm tray in a SGFC. Basically there is nothing growing in the middle of the tray.
