salmon canning jars?

ok they are mroe flat then regular jars. so i thought they would be better. anyway.

they have basiclly flat sides execpt some spots are kinda wavy. will teh cake have a hard time to coem out? or is that how all jars are?

sorry. no the inside of the jar. kinda imperfectly flat. maybe wave out like 2mm or so.

If it waves out near the mouth of the jar then it is no problem. However if the wave is near the bottom the cake may become stuck. But if the wave is VERY small then the cake shrinkage should still allow it to slide out.

Also you could always crumble the cake up and case.
