In case you already understand this shit. Bay Area heavy hitters is where it's at. All the flyest rappers come from the bay area. The most overlooked spitters are doin their thang down there by water.

Bay area rap is full of weird and unique beats, funny lines, slang and awesome metaphors.  They are creative as hell. If it aint makin you laugh it's impressing you half the time. I don't like hard gangster rap. Bay shit is gangster but they always throw some humor in there. The bay has their own language so in their songs you will hear words that don't make sense but all these goofy terms have meanings. They got their own dictionary. If you're new to it you might be thinkin wtf.

If you're a rap fan it would hard to not like Andre Nickatina and Mac Dre. They are just fuckin legends.

serious question: i'm a big fan of all rap music, but i can never seem to find a lot of west coast stuff. www.undergroundhiphop.com seems to lean mostly towards the other coast ime. any website recommendations where i can shop around and listen to samples? i feel like i'm missing out because i know bay area stuff is dopeness. someone help me out.
