Looks like the most dangerous...
Quote:
MS03-043 is a flaw in the Windows Messenger Service (not MSN Messenger) with the possibility of a remote attacker gaining complete control of a Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 based PC remotely.

> and who the hell ever came up with the term "debug"?!?!?
I don't know who, but back in the early days of computing there used to be lots of vacuum tubes and relays (electromechanical switches) in computers. One day a program/computer quit working and the techs got busy trying to figure out what went wrong. They eventually found a month stuck in the contacts of one of the relays. When the removed the moth, the program/computer started to work again. The term 'debugging' was born.

Yeah I like that debugging bit.
XP is nasty. When you buy it on the shelf, it suggests that you immediately go to the windows update website before doing anything and update security holes in the OS. LAAAAME. And Bills the richest guy in the world!? Common man! He must have a moth stuck in one of his hoses...

I get the blue screen of death less with XP than any other Windows Operating System.

I'm still trying to figure out why help and support needs to take incomming data and again the 100,000$ question, why the mesenger service is enabled by default, any machine ive used has gotten in promptly disabled, as well as blocked by my firewall. It seems, that for the most part, home users would be ok if microsoft simply disabled most services by default.
