Existential crisis

I have at least 3 full blown ones in the last 6 months.
This time I have realised that I enjoy them.
Its such an altered state of mind that everything you think of has a huge shift in perception.
ultimately, they disturb the FUCK out of me. But theres an appeal to that unique emotion that no longer intimidates me.
For about a good hour after the anxiety, there's a background terror that lingers for no apparent reason.
So what I really want to know is if any of you have had them and what you think about them

Man, sometimes I think my life is one ongoing existential crisis...
It's why I went to school for philosophy. Not that I've done anything with it. Too busy freaking out because nothing is real.

I feel like im constantly having existential crisis'. Like the world around me is always being flipped upside down over and over and I can never plan out anything. Ive learned to enjoy it, there has to be a reason I percieve the world this way, so i can view the whole spectrum and understand the synchronity between myslef and my surroundings.
(I know im not truly having an existential crisis everyday. I have had a few in the past year though. The feelings i have daily are certanly after effects of those though and im working on stabilizing myself)

Feelings are strange, only once have I had the feeling of a Lucid dream in this reality. I got confused, cause I knew I was awake, but it felt the way I do in a lucid dream.
Probably the DMT, but that drug creates new realities.
Don't let the mind wander too far if you can, you can get pretty lost. The reason I say this is that feelings are so intertwined in new realities your mind creates, that you want it to keep happening.
Don't get lost in your head.
Just realized I have no idea if this is what you are talking about, but it triggered something in my head to type what I did above, so...
