Nicotine is still quite bad for you. I would recommend real Swedish snus over ecigs. At least its good tobacco flavor and no more harmful than ecigs. This is why I don't like ecigs. Quit or don't quit. If you haven't quit nicotine completely you are still an addict and harming yourself.
Please provide a source to show moderate nicotine is bad for you.
Nicotine is a proven neuroprotectant at moderate levels.
I covered this extensively in this thread. And posted several studies to support my stance.

I smoke non-regularly. I have tried e-cig, not a fan. I like a good rolled cig

I have read many studies. I have smoked, dipped, snused, and used ecigs. I am not convinced. More studies need to be done. Yes it is much healthier I agree, that is pretty obvious. I just don't think it is good to tell people that nicotine itself is beneficial. We just don't know enough yet, IMO. It is still addictive, which in and of itself is mentally harmful I think. Its better to just bum a smoke or a dip off of someone every few weeks or so than to buy an ecig and start constantly puffing on it.
Check out this think.

Then go read the damn thread and all the links provided. You say there isnt a enough studies, when there is hundreds. You can say "in my opinion" all you want, your opinion is clearly an uninformed one.
And, from your own link
Quote:
The lower nicotine concentration was selected to mimic the average plasma nicotine levels in ENDS users and did not demonstrate toxic or anti-proliferative effects on the cells
With ENDS referring to
Quote:
The electronic cigarette (ECIG) is a battery-powered electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) designed to deliver nicotine without combusting tobacco.
