Newbie grower here, have a question

Hey im about to start growing and am going to order some spores soon. My question is which one do I order? Is it like marijuana where some are more potent then others. I was going to order an equador spore syringe. I read some where that one was good for a beginner. Any suggestions on which one to order? Heres the site http://www.sporebank.com/index.html

first off if you have cultivation questions go up to the cultivation forums and ask, and i would recommend using the shroomery to get as much info as you can, there are a hell of alot of faqs and guides and everything you could possibly want here.

Some people claim that the different strains have different qualities (which I don't doubt)...but it shouldn't be extremely noticeable differences. Equador will be fine. Definitely read through the FAQs here at the Shroomery if you haven't done so already...and you might want to check out Nan's Nook too; as a cross-reference. If you can't find your answer in the FAQs, use the Search feature to find what you're looking for.
-------------------- In the end, my friend, we will all be together again.

ya as long as you're in the same family (p. cubensis) than for the most part potency is going to remain in the same ballpark, i assume you plan on doing brf cakes right?good luck man, watching shrooms grow is an amazing thing, be safe and enjoy the grow, and deffinitly ask questions up in cultivation, there are some experienced people up there.

www.ralphstersspores.com has a better selection and better prices. www.sporeworks.com is sporebank's supplier, they're cheaper too. Check out this link http://www.shroomery.org/vendors.php it is at the top of your page as well.

equador seems to be a popular strain for first grows and I honnestly wonder why. probably because it's a well-known strain since many years and so many cultivators tried this strain before.
as long as it is cubensis, you should be able to grow successfully with any strain available.
anyway, even if a strain suggestion is relatively futile, dont underestimate the Tapalpas
just get some spores and cultivate mycellium. That's 90% of the job.

go with ralphsters. Most cubenis strains are similar in their simplicity to grow. Many people start with B+ as it is considered tolerant of mistakes. Tazmanian is very fast, but small fruits.

me and my friend are trying malabar from ralphsters for our first grow. were gettin a free syringe of blue meanie with it cause its the spore of the month weve heard malabars and ecuadors are both fairly quick to grow and have decent potency (if we grow them right). next time we order spores (if we have to) they'll probably be ecuador or B+ cause they seem to be popular and i wanna see how they are.

Where can one find "creeper"? I have heard NUMEROUS good things about this strain. Is it P. Cubensis? Anyone know of a print source? Thanks...
