I "wintered over" my pablano peppers and another pepper I can't think of off the top of my head. I also kept 4 tomato plants over winter. I kept them on my back porch which is a room built on. Less of a porch and more of an added on room. Anyways. I had plastic sheets over the window that allowed tons of light to come through but the plastic also provided a layer of insulation. I actually got a couple of tomatoes off of it through the winter although it didn't do well. It kept them alive though and this year I planted them outdoors and they went crazy. Like I said I wintered them over so they survived. But you really need them to be outside. Or close to it.

Actually. This is the 3rd season the pablono has had to fruit. It is still technically winter but it is fruiting like crazy again. It produced a couple through the winter, then it started blooming and I kept using a q-tip to cross pollenate and I ketp the q-tip for when there arn't a whole lot of blooms on at a time. Not a problem at this minute. There are about 10 flowers on it. I need to get some more fertilizer and feed it again this year. I was told they couldn't last that long. Hell this one lives indoors and still produces IN WINTER. That is crazy. I have grown fond it it now. I should let one of the peppers actually seed out. So I can start some new ones off of it. It is sure a surviving hardy little bastard.

I have spearmint mint seeds, chives, pok choy (Chinese Cabbage), marigolds(good for pest repellent if planted in between rows), a few San Pedro Seeds (not many),melocactus mix, lithops, cilantro/coriander seed, and a few more. PM me or post on the board if you want some for trade.
I am looking for some organic vegetables (peppers mostly but any organics are cool really.). I would like vegitable offers and any ethno-botanical offers.
Thanks

Aye aye captain. I will have to look into that web site.
I have some pablano pepper seeds now. I haven't planted any so I am not sure how productive they are. They are from a plant that has been around 3 seasons. So I thought it has been a good producer and I better get some seeds out of it. I was originally planing on them ending at the end of the season. But I seasoned it over....and over... and here it is again.
I think I will plant some seeds in a peat pod system and see what happens.
Welp off to work. Wish me luck, I have to clean the surgery rooms. I hope there were no C sections or anything real messy.

Looking for oddities, edibles for pickling. Raw green olives *cough*. Know that is out of season like hell. But still interested.
Any entheos. That are legal in my state. if you have and are willing to trade pm me we will discuss legal statuses then.
PM me for any trades you want. I may have some other seeds kicking around. I will update later if I see them in my seed stash.
I have 7 hours to sleep and be at work again tonight, and then work a shift, off 7 hours.
Oh and morel season is getting ready to kick off. Asshole loads of rain right now, then 2 days of 70s. So hopes are high. Wish me luck! This is year 2 of hunting them. Last year was great, so here's to nothing.
