Nameko pins

I have a few blocks of nameko on sawdust.  In my back yard and they are starting to pin :grin:  Maybe I can get a pic of them soon.  They are so wierd , when you cook them they exude a slime.

they exude slime before you cook them too, the slime cooks off nicely and leaves you a pleasant tasting morsel though =)
