mold or?

I inoculated several jars of wbs, then mixed them in with a batch of pasturized coco... At first, it looked beautiful and thick with mycelium but now after over a week of intruducing fruiting conditions and not seeing any fruit/pins I'm a little worried. Now I'm even seeing blue spots. I thought it just dehydrated and bruising, so I misted with water and if anything the blue is getting bigger. What do you guys think? (The first pic is when I introduced fruiting the second/third pics are the current blue spots)

Lol the debate begins! Maybe it's the crappy pic, but it looks pretty blue to me in person. .. If it is bruising, why? Shouldn't I see pins by now?

Either way the myc doesn't really look healthy to me right there. Looks like it's up against some opposition

10 4! Im very new this is only my 2nd harvest. I was under the impression that any sign of contamination, means you toss the grow? I'll hang on to this batch. I do have a 2nd bucket growing with this batch, I only have that one room with 24/7 ac.. so I cant really quarantine this bucket. If the air is still and I dont disturb the bucket, should I not have to worry about cross contamination?

This can't be good. .. One pic showes a close up of the blue stuff and the other (side view through the hole) shows yellow mycelium in the distance. You guys make the call
At what point do you give up on the mold vs. Mycelium battle and what tells you guys that this is unhealthy as mentioned previously (around the edges and in general, not the obvious discoloration that I've pointed out) trying to learn as well as troubleshoot

Ya. My tub has trichoderma growing on it. I took it outside and it is still producing fruits.

While I agree the yellow does look suspect, it isn't always a contamination.

Effect: Yellowing, blueing, or "bruising" substrate. Cause: Stress! This is caused by too much FAE and subsequent drying of the substrate, contaminates in the substrate, dropping your humidity gauge on your friends , direct/close proximity misting, or anything else you can imagine straining the substrate, which is pretty fragile (especially primordia.) Solution: Take it easy! I would say the most common cause of this one is the excess FAE, so adjust that accordingly when you begin to see bruising, metabolites, etc. Don't try to reverse the drying out effect with extra misting. This often leads to a dense mat of mycelium on the surface discouraging primorida/pins from forming.
Also, here is one of my trays I did last year that also had yellowing substrate. I assume it was drying out as this was my second, possibly third flush.

Awesome info! Should I put these babies outside? It's about 90°(or hotter), if so should I put it in shade?
You can eat mushrooms worth a contaminated sub? I thought that was always a big "no no"
