I think it is far fetched. Whoever owns the gun might go to jail. Even if the gun is not registered, they'll probably pull the surveillance video. I doubt anyone would get themselves in this much trouble, and possibly kill a kid, just to make a point.

maybe you havent paid attention to the fanatics that call themselves
liberals, some tend to be in gangs, many are in prisons for violent
crimes, there's been a large number of shootings such as someone shooting
up a congressperson's office and a campaign headquarters back in 2008,
turns out it was liberals, jared loughner, adam lanza was a vegan
lefitist, 9 of 10 mass shooters are politically affiliated with the
'progressives' of the democratic party, the others claim to be communists
or some other affiliate similar, hell, look at the tools that did the wall
street protests, wanna tell me that werent just the type to leave a gun
laying around to fulfill some political agenda

yeah, progressive/leftists/liberals, killing kids isnt beyond some of them
in order to try and bring awareness of the dangers of guns, hence the
reason these people need to be tagged as belonging to a terrorist
organization

I don't know where you get your information about the mass shooters all being liberal. Especially Lanza, who idolized right wing mass murderer Anders Breivik. And based on Elliot Roger's taste in music, he was gay and since he couldn't deal with that, he pretended to be straight until it drove him to mass murder.
