Looks like quality work. But, I would wear the gloves instead of attaching them to the tote.
Having the gloves attached means you can't flame sterilize outside the box. It also means your hand movements create strong vacuums that result in dirty air getting sucked in and moving around inside.

Also, judging by the scissors you are gonna want a bigger one real fast for g2g transfers.

I'm sure it is possible just probably not very fun. My SAB is 76L and I feel cramped sometimes.

I would remove at least one of the attached gloves.

Will it work to keep the air pressure normal if i just drill a hole trough the container? and cover such hole with a filter of some sort so that particles cannot get in but only air??? im kinda reluctant to remove the arms but if its better i will do it

You really don't want a glove box. You want a still air box.

It doesn't matter if particles get in. Just don't have anything directly adjacent to the arm holes. They can't travel horizontally through still air.

Hey AIRDOG! Como esta amigo!!
So your getting into cultivation finally after all this time! That is awesome!
Like everyone has said, take those gloves off and you will definitely want the biggest tub you can get!! But it's a start and that's the main thing.
Gimme a sometime.

I have taken the red gloves off but the air conditioning duct sleeves remain there... are those a good or bad idea?

I'd say remove them. They are just gonna get in the way when you try to bring your tools in after you flame them.
