Nice job man! With agar, I would just take a small piece of tissue from the inside of the stem of a well performing fruit. (So it hasn't been as exposed to the world.) Put it in your Petri and you can start transferring!  :grin: Also, I just do my prints in an extra 1/2 pint jar. Then, when you want to make a syringe, you can just put in some water and suck it up!

The 2nd flushes have been coming in. Here's a picture of the ecuador tub. You can see where the massacre of harvesting the first flush occured, and the 2nd has pretty much only grown around it.

I'll probably harvest with scissors from know on because even a knife seems to disturb the substrate.

Why is the 2nd flush so small though and not regrowing in the old spots? The B+ tub looks even worse and not much has reflushed at all. I misted the sub quite heavily the first few days after harvesting and when it appears to need it.
