ones that alot of people like, but i think totally blow. my list is:
1. kiss
2. van halen
3. rush
4. aerosmith
5. billy joel
6. bruce springsteen
7. the who

Oh my god mushmaster. I agree with every band you listed there. Especially Kiss. They apear to me as money grubbers, just out for fame, fortune and women. Also so many people say Eddie van Halen is the greatest guitar player ever, I just don't get it. He seems too goofy and his playing just don't move at all.
A few other bands I could add to that list are.
Lenny Kravits ( seems like he learned to play from a text book, just has
no originality at all, he's all about image)
Creed ( I just wanna gag when I hear this)

I don't think rush is over rated at all. They are a great band and their drummer is astonishing.

the beatles.
the beatles were the first back street boys. they invented the 3 minute pop song. In the sixties, they sang about "all you need is love". Twenty years later they were suing eachother over royalties. Now they are a bunch of sellout yuppies that do "Say No to Drugs" commercials.
fuck the beatles.

ac dc definitely belongs on the list, but hendrix?
and nirvana's pretty good. kurt cobain was a good song writer. i don't think they get any more credit than they deserve.
