Have you watched him play? Fade away jumper king like a bryant in his prime. But way fucking taller. He's tall and lanky nobody can really gaurd him. That nigga is too tall.

Okc needs to put some pieces together. Westbrook had great stats but he bricked critical shots. The spurs have incredible ball movement. They won that game with it.

Okc They have great players I dunno what they're missing but they need to win a ring or they're stars are going to jump ship when they become free agents.

I think we agree on Durant.

I just couldn't follow what you were saying there for a second.

It's all good. I'm pretty fucked up.

Agreed. Ginobli took over the 4th straight up killed it. Had crazy hustle plays that don't have a stat.

The big 3 of the spurs are the most consistent players in the league. So good. They're passing and ball movement is flawless a lot of the time.

That got me reviewing Jazz history. If Eaton had been just maybe three years younger...

I remember you posting how the Spurs and Pops kind of copied the Jazz but did it better. Maybe, but I wouldn't say for sure the best Spurs team could beat the Jazz at their strongest. The Spurs never went through a team like Jordan's Bulls either. I know I gave you shit about the Jazz not getting a ring before but those were some good fucking teams. I'm not even gonna lie.

Duncan was so fucking flawless that game. He's been playing for a grip now. Always reactive and great hands. Eyes always on the ball.

Honestly I'd love to see a present day heat vrs when they were in there prime. That would be fun to watch.

Im actually starting to believe the hype about Lebron.
The greatest talk started way too early but it is become more and more warranted each and every year.

Jazz were just like the spurs last year. One play away from a ring. Honestly Jordan is a bigger asshole than Lebron anyway.
Its stupid to live in the past especially when your past isn’t even that good, but damn i miss watching a tough, consistent team, year in year out. enjoy what you have while you still can spurs fans. They don’t make em like Pop and Sloan anymore.

Ive never been a fan that needs titles to justify my fandom, watching my boys compete night after night is enough for me. Shit i watched every jazz game till xmas. 0-14 start and that first win was almost as sweet as a playoff win.

I think your team (ATL) will be the new challenger to Miami next year. Indiana is a shitty team lucky to get where they were and it was exposed to the whole country. I kind of feel bad for Indiana fans really. So much promise ended in such a train wreck. I really thought they would beat Miami back in march, and it ended up not even being close.
It will be interesting to see just how high lebron elevates. If they win this year and and make it to yet another finals next year, it will be pretty damn hard to say the guy isn’t the greatest ever. Scary thing is he isn’t even 30 yet. he’s got at least 5 more solid years and 2-3 mediocre ones.

Lebron has excelled since he joined the heat. Instead of having to carry the team day in and day out he has players backing him up. Instead of taking a bad attempt he'll kick it to the open man because he van trust them to put up a good shot. That's why they are the best. 2 in a row.

This spurs heat is gonna be good. Spurs played a hard hustle ball game. Without Parker for half. 55 bench points I believe. That's insane.

The most impressive thing I watched tonight was the ball movement of the spurs. The entire team seemed to be incredibly in tune. Playing like a team.

No dude.
Lebron has grown so much in these last two years. He used to shrink away from the big moment, now they don’t make em big enough. Dwade was the guy you went to when you needed shit done the first 2 years LBJ was there. LBJ has come into his own since then. Now those two just feed off of each other. The thing i love is even with this latest comparison to Jordan, Lebron said “me and dwayne grew up watching the bulls.” People tend to forget just how great of a player Dwade is because of lebrons star power, and lebron is always quick to give props. There isn’t a lot i love about the heat but i love that team first shit.  That poser Sherman on the other hand is all “i am the greatest” when really he just thrives in a great system.

I bet the heat win in 6.

The spurs are going to need a healthy Tony Parker, and excellent 3 point shooting. Lebron is every bit the athlete Westbrook is and about 60 lbs bigger, and Dwayne wade hits those floaters and off balance shots like... he plays for the spurs

Either Green or Bellenelli are going to have to match Ray Allens shooting. Green was huge tonight and played great last year but we will see. I have no doubt Duncan will hold his own. Old man is hungry.

I think the Spurs have a clear advantage with their bigs, team cohesion, and bench.
Heat have a huge edge in star power

Agreed with everything you said. Would be awesome to see the big 3 of the spurs win another before they retire. Been so damn solid there entire run. So ill be rootin for them.

Also if leonard steps up and plays like he did tonight its going to be tough. Both teams have deep ass benches. It's going to be a slug fest.

If every thing you said is true, and I think the analogies are good, then Heat wins because the Bulls never lost a series against Utah.

They (spurs) are aging and i think this is their last good shot at getting a title.

Ya man and the big 3 have been so ridiculously consistent for a decade. Always near the top. I think they deserve another.

I definitely think this is the last year for the Spurs to stay in tact. I would be surprised to see Duncan play another season, he will be 39 after this season is over...

Parker still has a couple years left, same with Manu... but without Duncan, they would have to strike gold to find another Center like him.. Maybe if they can get Kevin Love to come there.. They still have some good young players like Splitter, Mills, and Leonard

As for the upcoming series with the Heat... I really want the Spurs to win, but something tells me that the Heat will pull it out.. Heat dont have the depth that Spurs have but LeBron is a beast and it is essentially the same matchup as last season and I see it having the same outcome. I sure hope I am wrong. I see it going 7 games regardless
