Cup I'm sorry to hear your outdoor grow isn't doing too well. These things are tricky!
Just harvested these fruits from my outdoor patch. There were a few more less mature but not much. Looks like they were eaten by something.
And there was a heavy rain this morning that got to them even tho they were well sheltered up until now - first glance they looked kind of rotten but I don't think so, I think they were just really wet. Thoughts?

Haha that's awesome! A pug on shrooms would be a sight to see. But idk, you wouldn't eat an apple with a worm hole in it, would you eat these shrooms?

Yes that would definitely feel cleaner. Would be my first tea, I hear it's not as strong but is easier on the stomach.

Fuck I come home and go to water my allenii patch which I really hope to see fruits from this fall and. . . something fucking ripped a big chunk outta it
It aint the dogs, they stay outta that part and the hole looks too deliberate. Couldn't be a rodent, the chunk of wood dislodged would be too much for a mouse to move. If its one of the shitty flea bag cats in the neighborhood then its fucking on
So I'm thinking maybe bout patching in the hole with some fuel pellets and maybe some bucket tekked coir verm that is left over from another. But if I find anymore disturbances its gonna be war.

this is my tiny garden
like i said, already gotten about 1 oz dry.
i think this is gonna be one of those things where its gonna produce constantly, but at slow numbers, over a longer period of time.

Perspective: in my book, an ounce dry is a hugely successful harvest!!! I have been following this thread and if I do half as well as you did, I will be thrilled. And shocked, haha. Thanks for the inspiration!

Glad it's producing apprentice, I just spawned another one usng like 10qt from a really slow colonizing isolate so well see what that does.
I hope I get even half as lucky as that last one

Apprentice, when you took your plastic off, was the mycelium fully colonized on the ground or still not showing?
