these are all older pics so they may be lacking some key information. im sorry about that. they were found over a year ago



this guy was found alone growing from some grass in lightly peppered oak forest. near the edge of the forest so the oaks were rather far apart.

 

thse guys were found together in an oak forest

 

big ol russula of some sort growing in the redwoods

     

growing under oaks



growing under oaks. bruised blue. bolete of some sort

#`1&2 Amanitas of some sort probably, or # 2 could be a Lepiota or at least from Lepiotaceae
#3 Could be a Lactarius rather than a Russula.
#4, another Amanita, gills are dark for an Amanita tho?
#5 Boletus sp. not really enough info to get to sp. just like the rest.

yeah there is a serious lack of hard details. the pics are over a year old so i of course forgot about the details that i now carefully document. sorry about that. number 3 had no latex, although it was a very old/dry specimen no amount of ripping/bruising would produce any liquid. that led me to believe it was a russula

im pretty sure we found this bolete while hunting on the mt shasta trip

I'd guess Amanita aprica on the first one. I'd guess Pleurotus dryinus on the third one
