My Favorite - Reminds me of "Nessie" if he/she were to be splashing
about on the surface in joy under the sun.

"The Happy Plesiosaurus"

Really looking like penis.
When I first got this it was only the middle column, a spitting image
of a big ol' green penis. Too cool, my ex GF fittingly named it Richard.

I have no doubt about it, I was just wanting to gaze in awe at the whole thing rather than just the lower portion from your last pic.

I saved beautiful "fuzzy navel" echinopsis from nursery, plant had fake flower super glued to cactus.

This is taken at September, fake-flower was attached to middle of growth tip, some scarring there are left.

Ta-Da... Picture taken yesterday night, plant starts to form real flower:whoah::heartpump:

Scars from hot glue can be seen but I am sure in long time they totally disappear. Fuk the fake flowers!

Afaik this cactus grow bigger flower than actual small button? Aight?:pipesmoke:

If it s subdenudata, it has a penis like branch for the flower and then an amazing light yellow flower with a diameter 8-10 cm. The flower usually stays open for only 1 day.It blooms at night.

Luckily in my country when you happen to buy those fake flowers cactus you can remove them easily leaving the cactus undamaged, beause they usa a silicon like glue (very easy to remove)

Starting to show more color

Going to put it in a more appropriate mix eventually when the rest of the pereskiopsis goes and it throws out its own roots.

Astrophytum Myriostigma nudum Khoyo-Heki  aka Red Bean.  The color changes with the seasons or so I have read.

One of the others is more kiko like and not so nude but is starting to burst with color.  Waiting for it to fill out more before snapping a picture of that.

I have this same cut, I had to do a bunch of emergency grafts recently because the whole big ass thing rotted from the very center-top area. It was really weird. I'm guessing maybe some sort of insect damage that rain water managed to get in or something. It's brown and not soft, but seems to be slowly eating it's way through the whole thing. Many of my emergency grafts look promising though.
