assuming i have a jam jar full of sterilised water how many prints would i need to drop in to make a suitable mixture ratio? Once done whats the best way to store the jar? fridge? cupboard? etc

well losely speaking I would say anything between thirty to fifty millilitres of water per medium to good sized print. BTW, what do you mean by "drop in" prints? Do you mean scrape in? Are you following a syringe tek, and if so which one?

depends what he's up to... for spore solution, you use just water, and for a liquid mycelium syringe, you'd use something like karo. different things dude

spore syringe im only a noob, but willing to learn more, i have to refine my patience a bit more though lol, by drop i meant pour in tip in whatever it takes to add the spores to the distilled water. Im not using any tek a friend of mine kinda passed on his growing technique, its kind of a variation of the pf-tek with casing.

Cypher the karo tek saved me a lot of time and my spore collection from being wiped out. I highly recomend it..

http://www.nansnook.com/archives/3462.html

- 100 ml of spring water
- 4 ml (or 1 tsp.) of Karo Syurp

- Pressure Cook for 20 - 30 min @ 220f

let cool overnight - Scape a small amount of spores in and incubate.
