quick question. I got pulled over and i just recently got my license. im not supposed to drive with people in my car for 6 months. I had a car full of people and I made a left turn on a no left turn. does anyone know what the penalty might be? has this happened to anybody?

Ive never heard of a law where you cant drive with anyone else in your car when you get your license. I mean when your 15 you need to have someone else in the car to drive. I dont get it. And wouldnt the cop have explained what you would be charged with and fined.
