Okay finally update #2!
Just a quick update/log mind you but an update
I checked yesterday and took pics as well, but as you can see knockin' up them bastards was successful!! (So far)
The following are the spots in the Quart Jars where the spores have germinated. Yes yes, I do use an extreme amount of spore in my syringes well...because I can
P. Galindoi Quart Jars

These pictures are all the same species (ATL#7). No I don't keep a light on them btw that is just for the pics . The first picture is of some jars inoculated with a Grain to Grain style transfer. The Second photo is of my half gallon jars and a few other jars further along. My main focus though will be the jars posted above.
Enjoy!

Oh and also I use a pet heater rock because it gets quite cold in their area sometimes. I treat them like children I swear! Haha

I've noticed ATL#7 does better with forming stones under normal room lighting or even indirect window lighting as violet has shown in her thread on the subject. But I have one jar still in complete darkness that is producing stones well just not in comparison to the ones out in regular room lighting.

i wondered about that too with stone jars, whether to put light on them or not. i figured it was a yes, like all else, ambient light being ok for all stages of growth. but then i watched the VICE documentary of psychedelic sclerotia, and when they tour the facility in amsterdam that grows them en masse, the farmers actually say they are incubated in total darkness the whole time once they are in the grain bags. you would think these guys who grow psychedelic mushrooms for a living would know what is best, with such a large scale operation.
if u guys have never seen that VICE episode, its pretty cool, here is the link for it. this is the same guy who wrote the article about pollock and mckenna, with tampanensis and Penis Envy rumored origins. i think his name is hammilton morris. he is kind of annoying

Yea the grow pics I posted are from 2 different isolates.
The reason I placed the majority of my jars in light is due to violets thread here

Hey guys I just wanted to share pics of this amazing flush I got with my ATL#7.

These are from the second flush on this bed. I also have 2 small indoor tubs going at this time but their kinda in limbo at the moment and never flushed as well as my outdoor beds " just enough for me to take a few good prints"

Man I don't know what to say! That's hell of generous of you!! But sadly I shall decline. I am out of agar and Petri dishes at the moment and have about 4 gallons worth of WBS colonizing ATL#7 myself . You're the man space man!!

Hey spaceman I don't mean to come off as begin or nothing but I crave atl prints like a fish craves water. I got plenty of agar and petris and a few GT and amazon prints to trade if you'd like one. I will also be fruiting mine so il def make good use of them and give back to e community here
