i got to thinking about this yesterday as i was looking and picking ps. weilii......they seem to have so many variations in the way they look and i will go out on a limb and say they have more variation in appearence than any other active mushroom.
so i figured i would start a thread that all of us weilii hunters can help contribute to that would show the many faces of ps. weilii. a little visual education of sorts with a brief description of the environment the picture was taken in.
i'll start with two photos from yesterday and i'll add more every day or so....
found in a pine straw island, right below a holly bush:
found in flat fescue lawn. notice that ps. weilii likes to hide just below the top of the grass
ok other weilii hunters...lets see how many different visual variations we can post in this thread of the ps. weilii.

And one foot in tomorrow
You are pissin' all over today
