I just came back from the 'harvest' music festival in Live Oaks, FL. The most i can say is that it was unbelievable. They had a band playing there by the name of Sound Tribe Sector 9, and ive heard their music before but they were even more bad ass live, in concert. The recording's ive downloaded off Kazaa cant capture their amazing talent. Perhaps its because they are all [live] recordings? no idea.
but if you want to check the band out, they are are...well they're electronic but they play regular instruments like a normal band. Sound Tribe Sector 9.

Yeah dude they played an awesomely amazing show there. They made the whole weekend worth it.
It was cool how they have a techno-ish sound, yet they play the classic instruments of a rock band .
How about that up-tempo song near the end of their set. Man that was great.
Oh and theyre drummer is uber tight.

Yeah I've seen sound tribe a few times, they're definately at the top of my list. I caught them in Austin in June, and last years Austin City Limits Music Festival, and at the Stern Grove Music Festival in San Fransisco last july. They're drummer definately blows my mind...he's in his own world man, that's all their is to it. I met the guys very briefly at an autograph signing at Stern Grove and they were really very nice...
