Greyish white Pin Heads?

Some turn to full growing cubensis. Others just stay like it. Anything I can do?

Those are called aborts. You should harvest them before the heads turn black. They are still good to eat and have a high psiloc(yb)in content. Just make sure you pick them before they start to rot.
