G2G is a godsend.

this is the way to go from now on. Been working with grain and bulk but having trouble with contams in WBS and storebought compost/poo. the straw colonizes fine but poo always contams so from now on no more poo. G2G and 48 hours later growth was everywhere. Expecting 100% within 7 days. NO sign of contams. And more grain for more attempts, hopefully the green will be smashed to a pulp! for as many complaints as problems here's a celebration!

What kind of sterility precautions do you use? G2G = Grain to Grain for the guy who asked.

Is that just spawn 2 pasturized straw? Nothing else in there?  How much to how much? How big a bulk?
any other tech details would be appreciated!

originally been doing all my work in a makeshift glovebox (clear tupperware turned upside down with holes cut for clean hands. Didn't see any less contams in future jars as with no gloveboxso lysol is sprayed like crazy from outside the bathroom with arm sticking in. Everything wiped down with lysol. Shower curtain closed. All materials inside. Flame sterilize spoon. Wipe with alcohol. Keep tyvek on at all times unless scooping or transfering, thats it, no contams no problem!
