You can call it whatever you want.
The fact remains we had a $112B surplus in April.
What the hell is wrong with you ? How do you call one line of black ink in a book full of red a surplus ?

I call it that because that's what the word means.
April surplus.

And the guy who couldn't control his spending tells everyone he had a $112 surplus on friday. It makes as much sense.

The last two democrat presidents lowered the budget deficit. A republican hasn't lowered it since the 40's.
You guys hate democrats, got it, but your fucking party sucks to high fucking heaven.
You go around slamming democrats like your party has actually done something, and ya ain't done shit.

I am not a republican and don't think they are much better than the dems. However, the gop is not pushing the aca, is not spending record amounts of money like obuma. Are you counting him as one of the last two? His record is abysmal so what you say is simply not true.

Not true at all, except in the minds of you true believers
Obama Tripled the Deficit, Now Brags He Cut It in Half
Familiar is the parable of the boy who murders his parents, then seeks leniency because he is suddenly an orphan.
When it comes to budget deficits, Barack Obama is more like the boy who knocks off his parents, then brags that he drove them to the morgue.
While his public approval rating plummeted this week to a new low of 37%, here was Obama in a press conference rationalizing his refusal to even negotiate over the nation’s debt limit: “Don’t tell us that the government is going bankrupt, when the deficit has been cut in half!”
The only problem is that Obama tripled the deficit before he cut it in half. As a result, he has only accelerated the government toward bankruptcy

X, are you trying to say he reduced the debt? Or are you trying to change the subject?

Someone who isn't on their cell phone can format that if they'd like, but basically it measures spending increase rates across Presidential administrations.
