Brown spots on Cambodian?

What you guys think?  Just birthed these tonight, they're dunked right now.  I birthed 3 of them, the other 2 did not have this.

My jar lids are old and rusty. Sometimes they leave streaks that look like that, but I cant tell from the pics.

If you're talking about the rust coloration on the mycelium, it's not good. I forget exactly what it is. If it smells different(you'll know), and be careful smelling it, no good.

Looks like metabolites to me. Did you wait 1 week after 100% colonization for the cake to consolidate? If it were me, I'd flame a knife, lightly scrape off the yellow parts, and dunk and roll the cakes and place in SGFC

Next time trim down the foil under your cakes so the cake just barely fits on, your yeild will impove. And be sure to pick the caps as soon as they break so spores dont get everywhere.
