Building my farm( Mushrooms Naturally) 5

So a long over due update to the progress. Been busy, sorry.....
So we started on April 1, cutting out the floor to put the trench drains in each of the three grow rooms.
Then we plumbed everything into the existing floor drain, and filled in with rock and concrete.
You can see the 3 9' trench drains that are going to be the center of the grow rooms. This first bit took a week to finish. Now for the last few weeks we have been framing, running the plumbing and electric.
The room up front is going to be the lab, which will consist of an entry changing room, then into the lab itself, then exit out into the spawn incubation room.
This is where the flow hood will be. Two side by side 3'x2' filters on independent blowers.
Some shots of the grow rooms. There are two side by side and one in front of the two. They are all 18' x 8' x 8' with gabled roofs.
They all have a hose bib inside for the misters and hosing down for cleaning.
This is a look from the back of the warehouse to the front. The incubation room on the left and grow rooms on the right.
The incubation room is 24' x 16' x 12' tall.
Behind the last grow room, in the substrate prep area is a slop/ dump sink with another hose bib.
This window is in the lab and looks into the office at the front entrance to the building. A way to show people when I have them out the lab without entering.
I know I didn't go into details so feel free to ask. I have more to post soon.

Helps with air flow with the perforated ducting running down the center. I also remembered hearing about water buildup in the corners. May of been overkill but will be good to maximize shelf space and get the ducting, lights, and misters high above the shelves.

thats a nice beginning. what kinds of mushrooms are you focusing on. I would assume shitake as one of them since you have such a big incubating room . what kind of misting system?

Shiitake, oyster, king oyster, maitake, nameko, and other seasonal rotational species. I'll be using the Netafilm misting system. Placing the nozzles I front of the air ducting to help distribute the mist.

props on this, grade A shit! I especially like the aluminum framing and copper piping, shows you're really not skimping. Window is nice. I don't envy the tall incubation room, but you gotta take advantage when paying per sq ft.

Deadmandave- I have contacted one of Missouri's hardwood pellet manufacturer and they are going to sell me one ton bulk bags of there pellet defects and sawdust for a reduced price then there bagged pellet price.

Been following your facebook posts, awesome looking so far. Giving us here at Biocentric Bros a boost in confidence to make the jump ourselves. Will definitely be using your examples when we secure a building.
Cheers from Utah!
