Sounds like the guy wasn't a very good grower. He admits he couldn't grow fruits.

He recomends making brown rice cakes and no verm.

But shrooms are supposed to be much more potent, at least, until the cake fruits. Once you have a fruiting cake, why eat it?

if your spent cakes are contam free,consider using them to spawn dung or straw....or just bury them in the garden also using dunk and or straw.
