i like going outdoors....or i get those senses of nowness and meditae anywhere while doing anything. but outdoors in a forest grove is nice

Sitting on my couch is my spot. Sometimes at my desk at work if I'm feeling stressed...then a little before bed while I'm lying down usually puts me right to sleep.

I have a nice spot over looking the whole valley that I live in. Perfect spot for watching the sun set. Perfect spot to howl like a lonley wolf. Its just an awsome spot period.

Me, I basically do a form of meditation when I go to bed, I lay on my back, relax, and try to clear my mind of all thoughts.. although my intent is to attempt astral projection, it also has its other benefits.
Damn it if my room is on the wrong side of the house to overlook the fjord from my window! Quite the meditation view, it would be!

I like to do it outside in the middle of the bushes, where nobody might bother me.
My best place is on empty beaches. Breathing with sea is quite relaxing, better yet when the tide is low.

One can meditate doing ANYTHING! I spend most of my time on airplanes in meditation. When I worked at a gas station, i used mopping the floor and sweeping the lot as meditation. Anything can be meditation as long as you are completly aware of what it is you are doing.
