birth them when they are 100% colonized then case them in 50% Pete Moss/50% vermeculite.

no, if this is your first time do not case! colonize at 100%, some also suggest to birth 2 days after 100% to make sure the inner-cake is fully colonized, and you can also wait for in-jar pins.

my tek (simple cubensis method)suggested to wait 1-2 weeks after complelte colon.

i had to wait only a few days because i had massive invitro pinning.

I agree, after it's fully colonized, give it a day so the mycellium has some time to "strengthen" up and also colonized the rest of the middle of the cake. This seems to produce richer flushes.
