Thanks, it looks a little funny because it was shot on f/1.8 for 30seconds @ ISO500 and the light was really cruddy, intense full moon really screwed it up.

STRAWBERRY :P

Love the texture of the ants body

Many random Anole shots

Edible Bauhinia bloom

Cool spider web tunnel

Lichen

Hopper and Panaeolus

Awesome Inkies

Lit Pluteus

I just liked the textures of this weed, thought it would make a cozy background'

More to come.

Looks like Tmethyl found some spare time. I'm glad this is what you decided to spend it on. Some seriously good pics, man.

That thing is neat PNWmushroomexpert.

Is it actually in the Morchella genus?

Went out to what is called snake road, about 40 minutes from my place.  The park rangers shut down ~a mile stretch of gravel road due to the excess amount of snakes that cross the road during about a 1 month period in the spring and fall.  They migrate from a big wetland/marsh area to some big cliffs each season.

My neighbor went last week and said he saw over 20 snakes in the hour that he walked around, with half of them on the gravel road.  Me and my buddy went today, and here is the cottonmouth we saw.  My buddy was about 2 ft from stepping on it on our way back to my truck.

It was a bit chilly today and overcast so didn't see any other snakes. Might go back tomorrow since it is supposed to be sunny and like 75.

That's sweet. I love snake hunting.

I caught a rat snake the other day.

(I'm not a Country music fan, just want that to be clear. I couldn't help but notice the correlation because my friend is BFF's with the singer above)
