Really? I just looked through your posts on this thread and couldn't find the word "amphibian" anywhere.

All very good points. And I agree.
Myself though, I'm somewhat experienced in keeping reptiles and amphibians. And I'm well equipped for it. Does that still make me the devil?

If I had some toads, i'd treat them with the same respect I give the other plants and animals under my care. I'd like to think any shroomer here would treat the toads as well.

DO NOT LICK THE TOADS !!!
in addition to 5meo-dmt & 5oh-dmt (bufotenine) the toad venom has many other chemicals in it, some of which can seriously fuck up your heart...
(yeah i know homer simpson did it, but... he is a 'toon, y'know...)

"I wonder how many of the toads they sell are still alive one year later? How many get killed/abandoned by their owners once they get bored with trying to get high on venom? These animals deserve better."

Come now Pbot, arent we bieng alittle dramatic here?
True some people treat pets badly, but the majority of people provide a better quality of life for animals.
And you'd think someone who throws down 175 bucks on a toad would take good care of it

I plan to make a giant tank out of my intertainment center. probly 9' wide by 7' tall. At first it will just be the two from bbb, but next summer im'a go out to the desert and gather enouph for a whole farm! It will be great. I intend to treat them with the care and respect they deserve.

They'd mainly be pets. But I'd definitely take a trip once in a while, personal use. Although I'm not too fond of 5-MeO-N,N so I'd probably grow tired of it pretty fast and just own them because owning them is cool.

a seasoned reporter (andrew weil?) stated that the effect of smoking the dried venom is quite a bit different from smoking pure 5MeO-DMT...

I have had many reptiles a tree frog, A toad(not to sure what type), a salamander, red eared slider turtles, and now I currently have a sulcatta tortoise. Thanks for posting this I just might get one of these toads to live with my tortoise, Don't know if i will trip off em so i might just get a normal toad.
