This. I notice it every time someone brings up PUA. You're just throwing a whole new stack of rules and anxieties at these guys, making it all seem so much more difficult and complicated than it is.

There are many terrible things in society including corrupt governments, drug prohibition, the prison industrial complex, overpopulation, falling education standards and unnecessary military activity. I'd hardly consider a bunch of guys giving eachother dating advice a "boil on the ass of society"
Logical fallacy!
Sorry, but I hate it when people do this. Just because there are more horrible problems in the world doesn't mean that the concern being discussed doesn't exist, or shouldn't be addressed.
I don't take issue with self-improvement. The definition of self-improvement is by nature very subjective. PUA-types find their techniques and whatnot to be an improvement of the self. While I agree that confidence, basic adherence to etiquette, and grooming oneself are Good Things and should be practiced, the pseudo-psychological "trick a girl into nailing you" kinda stuff is not an improvement upon the self.

it usually is..
A hefty psilocybin dose makes me see the meaning in it all. But after 6 months or so I'm back to the depression and overall whining alot

That's when you need to do it again.

I've had a few bad mushroom experiences about a year ago that have made me cautious of doing large amounts.
I've been slowly working up my dose size. Finally conquered my recurring bad trip problem, maybe it IS time for another big dose!
