I know many people don't like to use chemical sprays, but I would personally whip out the malathion and deal with those little bastards properly. Just make sure you don't use any of your plant material too soon afterwards...
Nicotine soln should also do it, but round here that isn't available, and it may not be where you are, unless you fancy making your own. It shouldn't be too hard to make I don't think.

I used to collect many different cacti when I was younger, and in the summer they used to get infested with little white bugs. We used to deal with those by dipping some cotton wool into methylated spirits and then wiping the affected areas with it, and the alcohol would kill the bugs.
Oil will also work apparently, it's meant to coat the bugs and it stops them from breathing, but it is not a method that I have ever used. I don't know if all oils will work.

Just ask yourself this question - "What would I not drink for $100?" And whatever the answer is, use that.

ROFL!

I once ate an entire habanero pepper, the size of a golf ball, chewed up and swallowed it with no food or drink for 10 minutes afterwards for 100$. I'm not sure if it was worth it though.

Some say the glass is half empty, some say the glass is half full, I say, are you going to drink that?

i'm pretty sure you're not asking me about the habanero, but i was reminded that they did take pictures of me after eating it, though i haven't seen them. I was told i turned ghost white, my eyes got so red and my sinus drained as well as my eyes. They said the tears were red also. I looked like i was going to die.
