Jamaican Macaroni

2 cups elbow macaroni
1 pound lean ground beef
20 peeled baby carrots
1 large green pepper
i large onion
1 can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup of worcstershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Get a really big skillet or a wok and start cooking the beef. While it's cooking cut up the baby carrots into quarter inch slices and chop the onion and green pepper into medium small pieces, when the ground beef is cooked add the carrots, green pepper, and onion.

Let the veggies cook in a little and then add everything else. Make sure you stir frequently to soften the veggies and thicken the sauce. Let it cook for about 10 minutes or until the sauce is thick.

When the sauce is thick drain the macaroni and add it into the skillet or a big bowl. Mix it all up and BAM! you got yourself a tasty dinner(and leftovers)
It's pretty damn good too.
