It seems like the internet flows on a different and faster time-line. Things can change, evolve or devolve very fast.

yeah, to me the shroomery has lost some of its magic; dont get me wrong, its still a great place, but its just that... ah hell, whatever; anyway.. nothing was meant to last forever. peace...?????ok, my paranoid side: im telling you, this is looking more and more like a deliberate and organised attempt to undermine progressive and psychedelically enhanced thought! look at all the message boards that have been destroyed or interrupted by tons of negative bullshit...
hmmm... this simply sucks.  ?????

i agree
it used to be i'd come here
fry my head open trying to discuss in some of the intellectual conversations and then get bathed in happiness from some of the other postsnow you get called a whore if you say you love everyone
you try and start a metaphysical-reality-nonexistence discussion, and it dies with about three posts...
people's first response is angry defensive and vengeful
or they fell hurt by something which was a joke or not meant seriously maybe its the time of the year
ive read through old posts and there was once a lot of flaming going on, but it died down
hopefully the same will happen soon

Hey guys! It's nice to hear your posts again! You have been missed. I think the wars are calming down. Perhaps even the ignorant miss the voices that helped make this site what it is. I got flamed for no good reason, then when I tried to defend myself, got attacked again. But I think that there have been enough people saying "Stop- we aren't like that here>" that we MAY have reestablished the good will. The only way to know for sure is to post, & hope for the best. Glad to see you guys are still out there.  ------------------

I bet anything that I am the youngest person posting on this website and I don't even act like half of these people. I am a newbie in this and recently shroomed Saturday night (amazing!). So I posted a ton of questions about it (but they were resonable questions) and I get yelled at for it having people tell me to shut up and stop. We all need to start somewhere, right?
I am sorry but I am brand new to this site and scared shit to say something cause these people flame you like ever! Eek! I'm scared!------------------

welcome, welcome... dont let those guys bother you or anything and never be afraid to ask anything. The only stupid question is the one left unasked. 
I guess they forgot that everybody starts out knowing nothing in life. Life is about learning and some ppl get complacent when they know 0,00000001% and start getting all high and mighty about the little they know; heh... just let them. A truly knowledgable person is the one who admits that even though he knows a lot, he still knows nothing, relatively speaking.
