I do not deal with these much so just getting around to learning about them.

I am pretty positive they are Armillaria but would like a TI to let me know definately.

Found at the base of large oak tree. 

I know the pics are not the greatest but its all I could get with my wacky phone.

Greenish gills would lean toward Hypholoma fasciculare correct Tangich?

Yeah, grayish with a slight green tint. H. fasciculare is very likely, but I can't be certain based on that one picture.
