Question of Humidity
    #1971263 - 10/02/03 12:53 AM (14 years, 7 months ago)

Just a question of humidity with geo-lite. How long should the air bubbler stones be left on? my friend finds that them on constant, produces no humidity on the walls, except when adding a fish tank heater to the geo-lite w h20. what seems to be the problem?

water drops on the walls are a sign that the temp inside the fish tank is different than the outside not humidity....which would explain why you have the drops from the heater and not without

so, what would solve the humidity problem without the use of a heater?

ShaMan, measure the rH in your terrarium, and check if it's too low. I'm inclined to agree with stupaod and think that you actually don't have a humidity problems; you're merely observing some elementary physics.
