I know the poutting a stop pay on a merchant through Visa is a long and tedious process, but it eventually works out. I had Viasa stop a pay on a merchant (cell phome vendor double charged my CC] and they pursued it for me. It took several phome calls and two forms and four months, but I did not have to pay the charge ($400) and there were no Visa charges for doing this service.

I'm a prefered customer though and I reported the fraud promptly.

Grape jelly will not disolve in hot pee.
