So I would LOVE to play wind waker and animal crossing one more time, but thing is I have a shitty inspiron 15 .
On the other hand I can run many games as dark souls, fallout 3 & NV, skyrim, etc with good graphic quality, question is, do you think I may be able to emulate gamecube games at a decent speed?

I got a GC emulator just to play windwaker
I also have a Dell inspiron, interesting. Its the 531 though
I used Dolphin emulator and it had little problems after tweaking with the settings. For your computer it may not be able to play it smoothly it does take a lot of CPU power for PC games.

What are your hardware specs? Dolphin is probably the best gamecube emulator and it's the one I used on my old PC. Smooth gameplay with a lot of games was still hard though, and I had a higher end rig. It may not even be your PC; it's more just that they're constantly trying to better optimize more games but it takes time, you know?

Yeah a lot of times the emulator or ROM is to blame. Id recommend downloading dolphin 4 because it's stable but updated
go to https://dolphin-emu.org/download/ and scroll down to "stable versions" and download 4.2. If that dosen't work for you try the older versions.
If it dosen't run smoothy turn performance and graphics options to minimum and try again. Or maybe you have a bad ROM.
I got my windwaker ROM from emuparadise and it worked great

Emuparadise usually has the best ROMs/ISOs and there's no bullshit limited download speeds. Usually a 1GB ISO downloads in as quick as 10 minutes on a computer. ROMs are never longer than a few minutes either.

CPU speed is most important. I run dolphin, like everybody has said. Works great. Then again, I have a screaming CPU.
