Hell yeah i love those things...like you're on a lot of acid or something. Go to the Trip Tips/software for the PC page you should find something there.

stare at the center for 30 seconds,
then **without moving your mouse hand** look at the back of your hand

lasts no more than 3 or 4 seconds.
