eating dry mushrooms

hey, if i eat dry mushrooms does it give a lesser hit than eating wet ones ? or they both the same potency when dry/wet? few ppl told me to smoke the dry ones they wil hit u better rather than eating them

The active chemicals in mushrooms are destroyed by heat, smoking them ruins them. Assuming they were dried correctly, dry mushrooms will have the same potency as they did when they were fresh BUT they will weigh roughly 1/10th of the what the did when they were wet. So 35 grams of wet mushrooms is equivlent to 3.5 grams dry.

yes, go to the people who told you smokng mushrooms is a good idea and tell them they are wrong, you will then enjoy some great LIES about how they know first hand that it worked and got them fucked up till they saw pink elephants and aliens.
all lies. or just stupidity, placebo and self-delusion, i suppose that counts as getting fucked up, but id rather get effected by real psilocybin
