Hmm, I would have guessed dirty sample but since you get contams working from different samples that is probably not it.
Inside a glovebox that is properly clean contaminations coming from the air are pretty unlikely and certainly not in big amounts, even if you didn't clean it. Surface to surface transfers are much more likely.
If your glovebox is sleeves only plus new rubber gloves each time, I'd consider maybe changing the sleeves and buying a new box of gloves
Have you changed your agar source since the contaminations started? Maybe an increase in autoclave times could help. But if some plates from a same batch contaminated and others didn't, it can' be that.
If your autoclaving equipment is a pressure cooker and not an automatic autoclave, are you venting the cooker properly before starting to count the sterilization time? But the same as above applies.
Hmmm, do the contaminations seem to follow any pattern?

Agar has been from the same source (premixed PDA from everythingmushroom.com). The contams are pretty consistent with all of lc/agar work. As you can see, the same patters of bacterial contam are easily spotted.
here is my glove box

You can kill all the foot fungus you want but if you ever broke your skin then you have bacterial infection left afterwards which is why it comes back use 50% terbinafine hydrocloride and 50% neosporine it took me years to figure this out.

This thread has been closed.
Reason: This was a three year old thread about autoclavable antibiotics for mushrooms. I'm pretty sure his foot would have rotted off by now.
